Spanning two years, this ambitious project was designed by the talented team at Bureaux. It presented an exciting opportunity to work with a range of premium materials, from elegant cedar cladding to cobblestone pathways.
At the heart of Remuera, this new central hub includes a striking four-storey restaurant and office building—constructed with a tilt panel and steel structure, and finished with a sophisticated mix of brick and copper cladding. The precinct is complemented by a thoughtfully restored collection of buildings, including the former fire station and stables, now home to boutique shops and eateries, as well as new pavilions and a glasshouse.
