This expansive 1,200sqm warehouse was transformed into a striking showroom for Matisse. A new 500sqm mezzanine floor was constructed on solid foundations, featuring beautifully reclaimed rimu flooring.
Polished concrete floors span the entire space, enhancing the contemporary aesthetic. Significant groundworks were carried out at the front of the building to support four levels above, while a large steel portal was installed to create a seamless flow between the upper and lower showroom areas.
